The temperature in the Finnish sauna is between 75 and 95 degrees and the humidity is between 5 and 15%. You give your body a training while relaxing the body and mind.

The steam bath ensures a gentle cleaning of the skin. The steam, to which etheral eucalyptus has been added, has a good influence on the lungs. You will always use the steam bath before a foam massage.
